Please be advised that the following sections of the Equestrian Canada (EC) Rules have been amended through the Extraordinary Rule Amendment (ERA) process, effective immediately:

  • Section D: Eventing

Noteworthy updates and changes are outlined below.

SECTION D: EVENTING

A clarification has been made to the 2020 Eventing rules, Article D310 Cross-Country Obstacles, regarding divisions where frangible technology is required in the construction of certain types of cross-country fences.

The intent of the originally proposed rule change was to require the use of frangible technology on fences above the Training level, including those in the new EV105 division.
