Horse Council BC’s Annual Report is a comprehensive report on HCBC’s activities throughout the preceding year. Annual reports, in general, are intended to give shareholders (members) and other interested people information about the company’s activities and financial performance.

The Horse Council is governed by a constitution and set of bylaws agreed upon at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Horse Council BC has a Strategic Plan that strengthens our foundation, builds on our success, and allows us to move in new directions. The Executive Committee reviews and reports on the Strategic Plan to the Board on an annual basis at the fall directors meeting.
