The HCBC Board of Directors has been in the process of revising the organization’s Constitution and Bylaws through a governance review.
After extensive consultations including member feedback, the Governance Committee finalized their recommendations for the revised bylaws and on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, the Board of Directors voted in favor to send them, along with revisions to the Constitution, to the membership for approval.
