Horse Council BC invites you to an informative webinar that will help you better prepare and understand how you may be impacted in the event of a disease outbreak within the livestock sector. The Animal Health Emergency Management team will guide you through scenarios and offer processes and procedures to help mitigate the impacts should a disease impact your farm or industry.

A serious animal disease outbreak will have significant impacts across the livestock industry. Some diseases, such as foot-and-mouth disease, will also affect multiple species and impact cattle, sheep and other livestock across a number of provinces, if not the whole country.

It is important that everyone in the livestock sectors work together in preparing and responding to serious animal disease outbreak emergencies.

This webinar has been designed to equip owners and their staff with up-to-date information and resources that can be used during the various phases of a disease outbreak.

You are invited to a Zoom meeting.
